Tasting note
This sparkling wine has a lovely salmon-colored tint. Noticeably ripe blueberries and a subtle spiciness from Pinot Noir with creamy complexity from Chardonnay. An explosion of raspberry fruit and light honeysuckle aromas on the palate, with a persistent but delicate mousse.
