About the wine

You will definitely enjoy the fine Coup de l'Etrier Rouge, which was produced in 2015. The winemaker from the Swiss winery Testuz has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny landscape of Vaud.

Tasting note
Ruby red. Aromas of violets and strawberries of rare intensity. Nice soft start, well-structured, with fine, silky soft tannins.

It goes well with Vaud meat patties, charcuterie, dried meat, roast pork with potato gratin, Vaudois leek stew, Vaud saucisson with lentil salad and Vaudois style stuffed onions.
