About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this provocative Sauvignon Blanc 2019 Fourth Dimension Dry Withe Protected Geographical Indication Slopes of Paiko. The winemaker from the Greek winery Kechris Winery grows this wine in the countryside in Macedonia. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Sauvignon Blanc with fish or mussels.
Tasting note
Bright yellow color with golden reflections. Complex aromas of citrus and ripe honeydew melon with a touch of mango and pineapple against a background of vanilla and butter. In the mouth, the fresh acid provides vitality and balances the greasy character of the wine remaining in the fine yeasts.
