About the wine
What Markus Schneider has achieved in recent years is hard to believe. In 1994, it started from scratch, so to speak. And today, 22 years later, he and his team work on over 92 hectares, bottles around 800,000 bottles a year and is described by the German trade press as The Phenomenon and The Favorite of the Young Scene. The Hullabaloo is dedicated to Schneider's daughter Josephine and the entire proceeds of this wine go to the Sterntaler children's hospice.
Tasting note
Medium lemon yellow, exotic nose of kiwi, pineapple, honeydew melon, a hint of toast, elderberry and slightly salty notes. On the palate, the wine is wonderfully balanced, fresh, juicy. Its creamy texture and ripe fruit give the wine enormous emphasis.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Enjoy this white wine at slightly chilled 6°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 2016 - 2020. With goat cheese, asparagus and poultry, we recommend Flaschenpost team.
