About the wine
With the delicious Johannisberg du Valais AOC, which was produced in 2017, you will certainly have a lot of fun. To get a feel for the mountainous and hilly landscape aesthetics of Valais, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Vins&Vignobles Julius SA masters with a keen sense of texture.

Tasting note
Colour: soft golden yellow Aroma: Typical aromas of quince and mango with subtle notes of roasted almonds underlined by elegant minerality. Character: Velvety and extra rich on the palate with aromas of mirabelles, linden blossoms and dried fruits. A well-structured, very drinkable and refreshing wine with a fine mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with oysters, crustaceans, freshwater fish, poultry and asparagus, etc.
Vinification
Ageing in stainless steel tanks.
