This pure Chardonnay, which comes from a single vintage and has been on the lees for a long time, was the first Chardonnay ever produced by Nyetimber and marked the start of the company's pioneering work in the early 1990s. This English vintage sparkling wine gives off scents of citrus and honeysuckle, which blend into subtle brioche and vanilla notes. On the palate, there are generous and elegant notes of baked lemon and white peach, in which the warmth of the vintage shines through. Subtle mineral notes accentuate the fresh, crisp acidity and lead to a long and complex finish.
