The winemaker from the Italian winery Il Sestiere has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this sparkling wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape in Veneto. Tasting note
The light yellow sparkling wine bubbles intensely in the glass; a bouquet of fresh citrus and apple aromas rises to the nose. The palate is spoiled by full fruit, a slight opening sweetness as well as a nice freshness, softness and a complex, balanced aroma structure.
Culinary recommendation
This noble prosecco is wonderful as an aperitif, but is also a stylish accompaniment to pies, various rice dishes and fine cheese variations.
