Tasting note
A bright golden yellow in the glass. A lot of fruity sweetness on the nose with ripe exotic fruits and orange zest. Full-bodied and dense on the palate with a creamy texture and delicate fruit sweetness, with aromas of quince and apple to bitter almond tones. Nice acidity in the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with wild fowl such as vine or guinea fowl, veal or marine fish and crustaceans as well as Asian sweet and sour dishes.
