Tasting note
This Spumante Brut presents itself in a bright straw yellow. The perlage is fine and uniform. The nose reveals elegant, floral notes with a dash of fresh citrus fruit. Light and refreshingly fresh on the palate. With a pleasant spiciness and fine mousse. Nice length
Culinary recommendation
Highly recommended with a “frittura di pesce” or, for those who like it easier, with sushi and sashimi.
Vinification
Sella & Mosca is a winery that has always been very careful to give voice to the lesser-known native vines, which are able to broaden the oenological horizons of all wine lovers with special features. The Torbato grape variety is particularly close to the winery's heart. The character traits of this variety are particularly effective in Spumante brut. The torbato is processed into a spumante brut according to the principle of the Charmat method.
