Tasting note
The Ville de Sierre fragrance spectrum of flowers and herbs shows complex aroma character and lots of finesse. The dominant nuances of grapefruit, honey and lime create their individual texture. A white wine with a light body and dominant acidity, which develops its complex structure on the tongue and in the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cheese fondue, crustaceans, freshwater fish, cheese platters, Aperitif, raclette and hors d'oeuvres.
