About the wine
Motivated by his enthusiasm for good wines, Andrea Davaz founded von Salis AG in 1994 with two friends. They themselves cultivate around two hectares of their own vines in the Bündner Herrschaft and obtain them from over 60 vine farmers in Fläsch, Maienfeld, Jenins, Malans, Zizers and Trimmis. The Bündner grapes grow there on more than 50 hectares, which make the wines something special.

Tasting note
In the bouquet, beautiful mineral notes blend in with a fruity aroma of green apple and a touch of exotic things such as kiwi. Soft, fruity start on the palate, well-structured acidity with a slight tartness and persistent saltiness on the finish.

Goes well with aperitif and light appetizers.
