Light gold color. This cuvée unfolds the classic balance of the 2009 vintage, perfectly expressing the freshness and nobility of this great champagne vintage.
Goes well as a gourmet aperitif, with fish or vegetable terrines, fish dishes, e.g. sea bass in salt crust with vegetable julienne sauce, white meat with cream.
