About the wine
The IGP Méditerranée Rosé impresses with its delicate, light pink color and an aromatic bouquet of exotic fruits, peaches and currants. On the palate, it is round, fruity and refreshing. With only 10.5% vol. Alcohol is perfect for relaxed aperitifs or spontaneous meals. Enjoy well chilled (8—12°C) — pure or on ice.

Tasting note
Bright and bright pink tutu Intensely aromatic on the nose, aromas of exotic fruits, peaches and red currants. On the palate, greedy, refreshing and well-balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light meals and aperitifs.
Vinification
Pressing: direct and alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. Harvest: early (slightly underripe) to reach an alcohol content of 10.5% vol. Grape varieties: selected in accordance with this early harvest.
