Dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate herbal spice, black cherry fruit, ripe plums underlaid, delicate roasted aromas, inviting bouquet. Elegant, fine redberry nuances, present, well-integrated tannins. Cherries in the aftertaste, mineral aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues and game fowl, mildly seasoned meat, risotto and pasta, as well as mild hard and soft cheeses.
