About the wine
With the fresh Tempranillo 2013 — Artadi Vina el Pison Tinto Cosecha, nuances and accents are redefined. Picturesque and enchanting landscapes of the Upper Ebro give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas y Viñedos Artadi conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Tempranillo with pizza or lasagna.
Bio
Tasting note
Open, fruity nose, with spicy components. Juicy on the palate, good fullness, becomes spicy and fruity. Remains fine and delicate, the tannins discreetly support the flow of water. Stays fresh and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with: game, fine pieces of meat, mushrooms, aged cheese, braised dishes.
Vinification
Vinified in open wooden stands. Cold maceration for 24-48 hours, fermentation for 10-12 days with 2 pisages a day, and small pumping. Followed by malolactic fermentation and 12-month aging in French oak barriques
