About the wine
Ricasoli is best known for its noble Chianti, but it can also do Bolgheri. With this Astuto, the winemaker has succeeded in creating a Bordeaux blend for the ages. Highly recommended!

Tasting note
The wine appears in the glass in an intense, ruby red robe. Aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries. Pleasant balsamic and spicy notes. Good structure on the palate yet elegant with soft tannes and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty foods, red meat, lamb and game.
Vinification
Ageing for about 1 year in barriques and large oak barrels.
