About the wine
Aromas of cherries and blackberries evoke memories of summer lightheartedness. A fresh and elegant red wine, great with bistro dishes such as vegetable tarts or with a cold platter.

Tasting note
On the nose, lively aromas of red berries and cassis, licorice and subtle spices. The palate is round, with little tannins, fresh, with a nice finish with aromas of strawberries and sour cherries, along with candied licorice and minerals.
Culinary recommendation
Enjoy slightly chilled.
Vinification
From 35 vineyards with 40-year-old vines, granite soils facing south, but also a small part on northern slopes with slate. 80% destemmed. Expanded in steel tanks. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinification takes place with open mash fermentation and not, as usual in Beaujolais, by traditional carbonic maceration.
