Tasting note
Bin 169 Cabernet Sauvignon Coonawarra's fruity bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco skilfully flirts with your sense of smell. Afterwards, playful nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper decisively and consciously convince your senses of taste. Its elegant ruby red is the icing on the cake for any special occasion. Your friends will confirm it for you. Strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, pleasantly with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.

Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: The Bin 169 was created to accentuate the regional character of the Coonawarra region combined with aging in exclusively French oak. In contrast, the equally pure Cabernet Sauvignon Bin 707 is of the same quality, but is aged as a multi-regional blend in American wood.
