Tasting note
Reminiscent of carefree summer life with aromas of elderflower, rhubarb, mirabelle and apricot. Strong body, low acidity, light Sweet, extremely round and soft, very dense body.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, with fish and fondue chinoise. As well as with starters, seafood, risotto and, of course, Sicilian specialities such as arancini.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, whole grape pressing. Ferment the must at low temperatures to enhance the wine's aromas.
