Champagne Pommery Brut Apanage is served in the most exclusive restaurants in the world and, with its high CHARDONNAY content, is one of the most exceptional prestige champagnes for many connoisseurs. Only Grand Cru layers are used for the Brut Apanage. For perfect completion, this wine requires a particularly long aging period in the Reims chalk cellars.

Tasting note
Brilliant color, pale yellow, strong, persistent perlage. On the nose, this champagne is very fresh and elegant with a subtle creamy, almost buttery notes paired with citrus fruits (pink grapefruits). In the mouth, the creamy aromas are confirmed. There are hazelnuts coming dried apricot and vanilla notes to reveal with a slight touch of tobacco and toast.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif or with fish while eating.
