About the wine
Do you already know the dominant white wine Bündner Pinot Gris AOC from the 2018 vintage? If not, it's time! The landscape of the Bündner Herrschaft is mountainous and hilly, whose fascinating expanses don't fit on a postcard, but in a bottle. With a lot of feeling and experience, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Weinbau von Salis ensures that his craft inspires and convinces you. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this Pinot Gris with fresh vegetables or sea bass.

Tasting note
Quince, honey, melons and mint flow out of the glass, the wine makes the palate mouth-filling, the fine extract sweetness changes when played with the mild fruit acid, the exotic fruit aromas are elegantly paired with a mineral note right into the refreshing finale.
Culinary recommendation
A wine that is fun as an aperitif, but also goes very well with fruit appetizers or cheese.
Vinification
Short maceration time at 5°C. Fermentation with pure yeast at 15 - 17°C in steel tanks.
