About the wine
Warm, tight and smooth like a loved one's hug. Aromas of ripe cherries, chocolate and some vanilla, wonderfully subtle barrique. Perfect with winter soul food such as braised meat.
Tasting note
The fruity fragrance spectrum of the Cair Seleccion Familia1 of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry shows a complex aroma character and a lot of finesse. The present notes of prune, clove and marmalade create their individual texture. A strong body and present acidity result in the fruity red wine, which is pleasant with fine tannins in the mouth and shows plenty of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tapas, grilled red meats, hard cheeses and cheese platters.
