About the wine

Tasting note
This rich, dark red wine combines notes of blueberries, sour cherries and cocoa. Luxurious, fruity and full-bodied, its excellent slate terroir gives it a soft mineral finish and a silky, tannic texture.
Vinification
Our Carignan grapes are partially destemmed and soaked for five weeks to release their rich, dark aromas. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine ages for fourteen months, perfecting its balanced tannin structure.
