Tasting note
The full explosion of the Mediterranean hills and mountains. Bouquet aromas: Garnier, pine, rosemary, rosemary flowers, orange peels. Mediterranean freshness. Mouth: full and balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with rabbits with rice and snails, roasts and grilled meat, smoked sheep cheese and Iberian sausages.
Vinification
Very simple winemaking, in which we follow the “less is more” criterion. Each variety is harvested separately harvested at the perfect time of ripening and Ferments in small stainless steel tanks steel tanks.
