Light yellow; delicate bouquet with wonderful floral notes, fine vanilla tones and yellow stone fruits. Round start, well-supporting acid structure, aromatic middle with complex fruit aromas and subtle vanilla nuances. The ongoing finale shows the class of this excellent Chablis.
High-quality aperitif wine, excellent with oysters and shellfish and a classic with seafood salad.
The grapes from the average 25-year old vines are harvested when they are optimally ripe. The must then remains in contact with the peels for a short time in order to achieve an increased level of aroma. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in traditional wooden vats. The wine is further aged on fine yeast for 15 months in wooden barrels and stainless steel containers.
