About the wine
You will certainly have a lot of fun with the first-class Chão da Quinta Signature, which was produced in 2015. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Chão de São Francisco masters this red wine in the sunny landscape in Dão.

Tasting note
Concentrated color, with accentuated purple hues. The aromas present notes of plums and black blackberries, mixed with soft notes of menthol and fine spices. Light, fresh, mineral structure on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 18°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: 8-9 Jahre.
Vinification
In French oak barrels (Allier) for 12 months, then bottle maturation, bottled in August 2017.
