About the wine
The gravelly soils north and east of Gironde and Dordogne form the breeding ground for this Merlot. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine de Cheval Blanc knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Merlot with duck or poultry. If you buy 6 bottles, this wine will be delivered in the original wooden box.

Tasting note
Rich purple garnet; dense in the middle, purple shimmer on the outside. Nutty bouquet, notes of figs, dates, chocolate, noble Darjeeling tea, malt, herbal notes, warm but not hot, gets sweeter and sweeter in the air. Sublime palate; all soft and supple, quite opulent, caramel notes, here again showing an intoxicating herbal aroma and a hint of Far Eastern spices. From the nose, this will once be a kind of La Tâche from St-Emilion. On the palate, it will be one of the most beautiful chevals ever seen.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended with poultry, duck and slightly spicy red meat. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2045.
