Tasting note
Pretty, pale robe that is reminiscent of pink mother-of-pearl. The delicate, mineral bouquet reveals aromas of peaches, apricots and vanilla. There are also notes of passion fruit and lemon zest. The start on the palate is fresh and lemony. Aromas of yellow fruits then provide richness. The wonderfully balanced ensemble ends in a slightly menthol, saline, lemony finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasto, aperitif, fish and seafood, and white meat.
Vinification
It is produced using the traditional French saignée method, in which part of the juice flowing out of the burst berries is removed from the mash container and vinified.
