Tasting note
Bright ruby red color of medium intensity with light purple reflections, typical aroma with notes of cherry notes, harmonious on the palate, fresh, medium-strong, structured very drinkable with soft tannins and a fine aftertaste of red fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meat dishes, roasts, game, ripe cheeses and tasty starters.
Vinification
Winemaking in stainless steel tanks with controlled Temperature of a maximum of 25°C with a maceration time of about 15 days, aging partly in cement barrels for at least 18 months and partly in oak barrels, then bottled for at least 3 months.
