About the wine
This Rosato is a typical wine that owes its origin to the gastronomic culture of this area. Made from Barbera, Groppello, Marzemino and Sangiovese grapes, this Chiaretto has a delicate scent that blends perfectly with the fragrant “Trias” olive oil — fish — vegetable.
Tasting note
Its fine bouquet of hawthorn flowers, Green apples and wild cherries tickle seductively in the nose. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh and delicately spicy and reveals aromas of delicate red berries. Its lightness and lively acidity invites you to drink carefree.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with skinny Italians Sausage specialties, fried vegetables, mushrooms, mozzarella and tomatoes, exquisite pasta dishes, spring risotto, light, light meat and intricately prepared fish.
