It’s Apero Time!

We think aperitifs always go well. A few nice people, something fine to drink, a bowl of finger food and you're ready to go. You want to surprise your guests? Then try these recipe ideas!

Giselle Spritz

The perky Giselle outruns the Hugo! The lime, quince and ginger aperitif is made in Switzerland from 100% natural ingredients. Recipe: 1 part Giselle, 2 parts Prosecco, 1 part mineral water, ice cubes and some mint.

Lillet Spritz

Lillet is made from Bordeaux wines and natural macerations of exotic citrus fruits. Pour 1 part Lillet Blanc into a glass filled with ice cubes, top with 2 parts Prosecco, and add an orange slice as decoration. Santé!

Sauternes On The Rocks

If you like it sweet, you should try the white wine speciality from the southern Bordelais as an aperitif. Be sure to serve it cold at a maximum of 10°C - we put it in the white wine glass with three ice cubes and an orange zest. Délicieux!

Chandon Garden Spritz

Chandon Brut refined with natural orange bitter liqueur from our own production: This is the Garden Spritz. Simply serve with ice cubes and a sprig of rosemary... and toast in a relaxed manner. Cheers!

Porto Tonico

Nice and tart and refreshingly light is the Porto Tonico. Pour 1 part white port into a glass filled with ice cubes and top up with 2 parts tonic water, then add a sprig of mint plus a slice of lemon. Saúde!

Alcohol free hugo

Hugo all good - our fine non-alcoholic sparkling wine from Kolonne Null makes it possible. It tastes best with 2cl elderberry syrup, 5cl mineral water and 15cl sparkling wine. Serve with ice cubes, a few lime wedges and a stalk of mint.
