Tasting note
Beautiful, dense ruby red in the glass. The wine shows elegance, the minerality harmonizes with balsamic and floral tones as well as with the red-berry fruit. The palate is light-footed and fine, with soft but powerful tannins. The beautiful acidity ensures drinking and joy.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, pasta, vegetables and veal.
Vinification
Manual harvesting. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Some then matures in French barriques, the rest remains in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
