About the wine
The winery is managed by the Zahel family for 4 generations. After a short career as a racing driver, Richard Zahel joined the family business in 1989. Together with his nephew, Alexander Zahel, who takes care of the sales, they manage the winery with great success. 25 hectares of vines are cultivated within the city limits in all wine-growing zones of Vienna.

Tasting note
Sparkling ruby red. Fine fruity aromas of pomegranate and cassis. Very spicy on the palate. Paprika and sesame complete the overall experience.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler tip: Goes great with roast beef, boiled beef and roast onion. Our recommendation: Organic white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled temperature of 14°-16°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2028.
