Bright yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, a wonderful scent of apricot, white peach and citrus fruits. On the palate, El Gordo del Circo Verdejo is concentrated fruity and mineral with a touch of honey. Extract-rich, lively white wine with a beautiful melting point. Long, fresh, fruity aftertaste.

Culinary recommendation

This wine goes well with seafood, lean fish, pasta and cheese.
