Elefantum Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a symbol of purity and excellence and embodies the uniqueness of the Valdobbiadene area, which is often referred to as the “gold” of Prosecco Superiore. With its fine and long-lasting perlage, which is reminiscent of sparkling gemstones, this prosecco offers an exclusive, sophisticated taste experience. Using the long Charmat method, it ages on lees in stainless steel tanks for 5 months and then continues to develop its characteristic elegance in the bottle for at least 2 months.
