This single-varietal Chardonnay impressively shows its uniqueness and reflects the climatic conditions of the unique landscape in the South Pacific. The 2021 edition has the potential to become one of the best of the last two decades. Too bad there aren't any more of them! A distinctive bouquet of ripe, yellow fruits, buttery brioche and roasted hazelnuts with a touch of flint flows into the nose. On the palate, there is stone fruit, a nutty complexity resulting from natural fermentation. Mineral, long-lasting aftertaste Goes well with white meats with cream sauces and creamy risotto.
