About the wine
A convivial wine that stands for friendship and exchange. The Fendant is characterized by floral (linden blossom) and mineral nuances. With its light carbon dioxide, it best expresses the terroir to which it belongs.

Tasting note
In the glass, the Fendant Étoile is pale straw yellow. The nose is characterized by floral notes, in particular linden blossoms, and a fine minerality. On the palate, it is dry and fruity with lively acidity and a slightly sparkling character that reflects the freshness and terroir of Valais.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif and accompanies traditional Valais specialities such as raclette and fondue. It is also an ideal accompaniment to cold meat platters, hard cheese or light fish dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. By avoiding malolactic fermentation, the natural acidity is retained, which gives the wine its freshness and liveliness. A slight carbon dioxide content underlines the freshness and highlights the mineral notes of the wine.
