Tasting note
This red wine is the ideal accompaniment to your meals and aperitifs. It is characterized by its intense aromas of red fruits on the nose, while on the palate it reveals aromas of strawberries and candied fruits, accompanied by round tannins. It has a deep red color with garnet reflections and promises a rich, convivial taste experience.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, such as grilled lamb or roasted with herbs. For a barbecue with grilled pork and grilled vegetables.
Vinification
The entire harvest is destemmed and pressed. A short, traditional vinification process is used to preserve the fresh aromas of the individual grape varieties
