Tasting note
This white wine impresses with its minerality and is the perfect choice for a convivial meal or an aperitif. Its crystalline color with golden reflections is an invitation to try. On the nose, it develops subtle aromas of apricot and pineapple and gives a fruity first impression. On the palate, it offers a fine minerality, which is complemented by notes of exotic fruits and gives it a pleasant complexity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a seafood platter or sole fillet and a butter sauce. With fresh goat cheese, a touch of honey and crispy bread.
Vinification
The grapes are mechanically harvested early in the morning to obtain an attractive, bright wine. Winemaking traditionally takes place in stainless steel tanks with a short maceration period. Fermentation is temperature-controlled and malolactic fermentation is avoided in order to preserve the full freshness of the wine's fruity aromas.
