Tasting note
Yellow in the glass with a clearly visible green glow. The foam is white and of excellent duration. The perlage is fine-grained. Seductive scent of Golden Delicious apples, dried apricots, baked bread and roasted almonds. The taste corresponds to the impressions of the nose, spicy and full on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, veal and Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
15% of the aging takes place in Piècen and 85% in steel tanks. The wine is aged in the Bellavista cellars for 4 years.
