About the wine
With the powerful Chardonnay 2011 — Franciacorta Bellavista Gran Cuvee DOCG La Scala Brut, nuances and accents are redefined. Tasting note
In a straw-yellow glass. Very fine and persistent perlage. Aromas of white fruit, candied citrus and hawthorn and elderflower. Elegant but powerful and complex on the palate with a very long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, risotto and fish.
Vinification
Very careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes. At least a quarter of the wine is aged in barriques for seven months.
