Tasting note
It has a bright pink color and a fine, elegant perlage. On the palate, it is soft and delightful. On the nose, it shows notes of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, together with white flowers.
Culinary recommendation
Because Frizero is alcohol-free, it is perfect for moments and situations when alcohol is normally avoided. Why not enjoy a drink before a workout?
Vinification
4-hour maceration of the crushed grapes at 10°C to extract color and aromas from the skins, followed by pressing the grapes and static clarification of the must. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (14-16°C), after which the wine is briefly stored in stainless steel to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Finally, cold dealcoholization is carried out using membrane technology, which gently removes alcohol while preserving the original aromas and flavors.
