About the wine
This dominant Chardonnay 2014 — Givry 1er Cru le Paradis is a triumph to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The calcareous, skewed soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Chardonnay. The winemaker from the French winery D'Heilly & Huberdeau knows how to use them and delights us with this white wine. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Chardonnay with goat cheese or asparagus.

Tasting note
The refreshing aromas of the Givry 1er Cru le Paradis of passion fruit, peach and almond express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. The fruity nuances of lemon, lime and apple then reveal their own character. A fruity white wine with a slender body and dominant acidity, which unfolds its complex structure on the tongue and palate.

Our recommendation: Drink this organic white wine at slightly chilled 12°-14°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Givry 1er Cru le Paradis goes well with truffles, goat cheese and asparagus.
