The type of rice Goriki gives the slightly oily Goriki Junmai Daiginjo a typically subtly fleshy yet spicy note. A restrained and mineral (stone powder) nose with notes of fresh yeast, citrus zest (orange), fruity-sweet nashi pear, licorice with a little licorice and spicy white pepper. The fragrant, lively aromas continue on the palate, exotic-fruity, spicy-sweet, paired with notes of cooked rice. A wonderfully complex Junmai Daiginjo, extremely balanced, with a beautiful, aromatic finish.
