That's what Biscay tastes like! Celebrity chef Eneko Atxa and his uncle Gorka Izagirre take renowned Basque food culture to a new level. Eneko enchants the gourmets of the world with his avant-garde cuisine in the Azurmendi restaurant in Labarretzu (3 Michelin stars) and Uncle Gorka provides him with the right wine. He has developed the typical Basque txakoli into an elegant white wine — by preserving the exceptional freshness of the Basque classic, but giving it significantly more body. Absolutely fresh!

Tasting note
Refreshing bouquet of citrus fruits, apples, grapefruit, floral notes and linden blossoms. Flows across the palate with great freshness, is lively and invigorating. The citrus fruit harmonizes very nicely with the floral notes, and the vife acidity and fine melting make for a wonderful drinking experience. Nice length in the aftertaste, fresh, fruity and slightly mineral, a great white wine from the Basque Country.
