About the product
Perfectly transparent amber yellow. Intense, pure in the nose. Smooth notes of blackberries on the finish. The great elegance and aromas, from floral and fruity notes to vanilla and wood notes, create a perfect harmony. Serve at a temperature of 17°C.

Tasting note
On the nose, fine notes of vanilla, dried fruits, tobacco and spices. Soft, round and harmonious on the palate, with a pleasantly warming length and gently integrated woody notes.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as a digestif, with dark chocolate, nuts or mature hard cheeses such as pecorino or parmesan.
Vinification
The Castello di Brolio selection is completed by Grappa Riserva, which is distilled from Chianti Classico grapes produced by Castello di Brolio. Aged in small barrels for over 18 months.
