Tasting note
Finely interwoven notes of citrus, apple and floral notes. On the palate, elegant burgundy aromas paired with the invigorating sparkling wine of Gutedel. Wonderful drinking flow!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pulpo, smoked salmon and fried poultry.
Vinification
Cuvée of Pinot Gris, Weissburgunder and Gutedel. Separate, reductive expansion in stainless steel tanks with cool fermentation and subsequent fine yeast storage until bottling.
