About the wine
The owner of Bell Cros, Peter, and his daughter Ida love soap bubbles. Bell Cros's first sparkling wine is finally ready. It is made from 100% Garnacha Blanca grapes using the original Ancestral method. The wine was bottled before fermentation was complete and then it continued to ferment, turning the remaining sugar into carbon dioxide. He then spent 7 months on the yeast.
