Born in Lebanon, Mounir Saouma is a terroir winemaker that couldn't be more French. His wines are among the most expressive and sought-after in Burgundy and now also in the south of France: for his white wine from the Avignon region, he presses classic Rhône varieties in his own style with minimal intervention to create a wine that is both lively and rich, cleverly combining tradition and modernity. Wonderfully reserved aromas with fine notes of yeast, a wine with great excitement.
