About the wine

Tasting note
Color: Pale yellow with green reflections. Small blisters. Smell: Fresh and lively Notes of green apples and stone fruits. Plus white flowers, citrus fruits and freshly baked bread. Taste: Fresh, dry and crunchy, with well-integrated tanginess.
Vinification
Individual fermentation, with later blending (coupage) and second fermentation in the bottle, using the traditional method with prolonged yeast contact.
